Welcome to sonimishra.com . By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


1. Consultation Appointments:

  • Consultations are free and allow you to discuss your needs and preferences.
  • These appointments are non-binding, and no payments are required to schedule a consultation.

2. Bookings and Deposits:

  • Final service bookings require a deposit of Rs. 5,000/-  at the time of confirmation.
  • This deposit is non-refundable but can be adjusted if you reschedule your appointment within the permitted time frame (see Rescheduling Policy below).
  • Full payment is due on the day of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • Free consultations can be rescheduled or canceled at any time.
  • For confirmed bookings, cancellations made at least  30 days prior to the scheduled date will be eligible for full refund.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Rescheduling Policy:

  • Rescheduling is permitted once per booking, provided you notify us at least  30 days prior to the scheduled date. It also depends on my availability, if I am not available, the booking will be canceled with a full refund.
  • Rescheduling  within 30 days of the appointment will depend on my availability. If I am available on the new date, no need to worry; however, if I am not available, it will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the reschedule request will not be approved.

5. Refund Policy:

  • Deposits for confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable. However, if cancellations or rescheduling requests are made as per the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies mentioned above, applicable refunds will be processed accordingly.

  • Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered.

6. Service Limitations:

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate information during consultations and bookings.
  • Any additional requests made on the day of the appointment may incur extra charges, and are subject to availability.

    9. Promotional Communication:

    By booking a service, you consent to receive promotional emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages regarding updates, offers, and other related information. You can opt out anytime by contacting us or using the unsubscribe options in our communications.


    10. Changes to Terms:

    We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Please review these terms regularly to stay informed.
