Do you offer a trial session before booking?
Yes, I do offer bridal makeup trials on selected packages to help you decide your look for the big day. Trials are chargeable and must be scheduled in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the booking date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the booking date will incur a 50% charge of the total amount.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Please notify me at least 30 days in advance to avoid any additional charges.
Do you require a deposit for bookings?
Yes, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This amount will be adjusted against the total cost of the service.
What products do you use?
I use only high-quality, professional-grade makeup products from world’s most trusted brands to ensure a flawless finish and skin safety.
Do you travel to the client’s location?
Yes, I provide on-location services for weddings and events. Additional travel charges may apply based on the distance and location and accomodation.
Do you cater to group bookings?
Absolutely! I can accommodate group bookings for bridal parties, family, or friends. Please share your requirements in advance for smooth coordination.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with my look?
Your satisfaction is my top priority. I’ll work with you during the session to ensure you’re happy with the final look. Please share your feedback as we proceed so adjustments can be made accordingly.
